RETURN OF GOODS
If the goods you have purchased are not suitable for you and you wish to return them, please inform our customer service at info.naturagroup@gmail.com. All goods are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and in its packaging/tags. You can either return the goods by post or bring them to our warehouse at Mäealuse 10, waru1 Tallinn. Return postage is not refundable. The cost of delivery will be reimbursed. The money will be returned within 4 working days.
All our goods are carefully checked before dispatch. In case you still find a defective product, please inform our customer service immediately info.naturagroup@gmail.com.
Claims procedure
- Natura Group OÜ shall be liable for non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the Consumer, which occur within a period of up to two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Consumer.
- In the event of a defect, the Consumer has the right to contact naturagroup.eu within two months at the latest, submitting the invoice or a copy of the invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid for.

- The repair or replacement of the defective goods shall be agreed between naturagroup.eu and the Consumer. The cost of repair shall be borne by naturagroup.eu.
- Naturagroup.eu shall not be liable for any defects in the product caused by the Consumer as a result of improper storage or improper use of the product.
- In the event of non-compliance or defects of the product, please send a complaint to info.naturagroup@gmail.com, stating the name of the person placing the order, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the non-compliance or defect.

- A claim regarding the non-compliance of the product or the discovery of defects must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the non-compliance or defect of the product.
