Privacy Policy/General Terms and Conditions for Processing Personal Data
Natura Group Oü is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users. Accordingly, we have prepared this Privacy Policy which covers the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of customer data. Our activities on the Internet are in compliance with all relevant practices and relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
These General Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data have been established by Natura Group OÜ and these terms and conditions shall be complied with by all Natura Group OÜ employees and partners when processing personal data. Natura Group OÜ is responsible for the organisation of the processing of personal data and for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Natura Group OÜ is the controller of the personal data, Natura Group OÜ shall transfer the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.
For what purposes do we collect and process personal data?
We collect and use your personal data
– For the purpose of concluding sales contracts with you and fulfilling orders.
– With your consent, we use the data to send you newsletters, offers, reminders and other promotional communications.
– We may also use your personal data for other purposes as described in these terms and conditions.
What data do we collect from you and what do we use it for?
We collect the following personal data from you in the course of our dealings with you:
Name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail.
In the course of subsequent customer communication and order fulfilment, we will also record information about your order (i.e. information about your orders, contracts, payments, letters and notifications sent, etc.).
For the purposes of entering into a sales contract with you or performing a contract, we may collect, store, retain, transmit, use and otherwise process your data in an appropriate manner, in particular for the following purposes:
- Communicating with you to enter into a contract, to provide contract-related information and in relation to other contractual matters. For example, we may send you notifications of the completion of an e-commerce order or reminders to pay invoices;
- Sending you offers and product information;
- Forwarding the data necessary to fulfil the order to partners (transport and courier services).
- Drawing up and sending invoices and accounting documents;
- Preventing and avoiding risks, including providing access to data to an authorised IT service provider for the purposes of maintaining the computer system, solving technical problems and ensuring data security;
When do we ask for your consent?
If we want to process your data for a purpose for which we do not have another legal basis under contract or law, we will ask for your consent.
Upon obtaining your consent, we will process your data to the extent and within the limits of the purposes for which we have your consent.
For example, we may ask for your consent to do the following:
- Sending you important reminders by email or telephone about orders placed in the e-shop;
- Sending you email or telephone newsletters, offers of goods and services and congratulations.
- Newsletters and offers may include offers from Natura Group OÜ, and from our partner companies.
- In addition to the foregoing, we may also ask for your consent to use your information in other ways.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info.naturagroup@gmail.com or by contacting one of our stores, and we will immediately cease to do so unless we have another legal basis for processing the data.
How else can we use your data?
We may also use your data for the purposes and in the ways set out below, including where we have a legitimate interest to do so.
On the basis of legitimate interest, we will process your personal data only after we have carried out a so-called 3-step test, which establishes that we have a legitimate interest, that processing your personal data on the basis of that legitimate interest is necessary for us and that the processing is compatible with your interests and rights.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- We may process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in relation to the management and analysis of our customer base for marketing or statistical purposes.
- We may disclose your data to other parties where necessary to protect our rights (for example, to courts, debt collectors, bailiffs) or to comply with our legal obligations.
Who else has access to your data?
In addition to the other persons mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, access to your data may be granted to all employees and authorised persons of Natura Group OÜ in the course of their duties, as well as to IT, accounting, marketing and other support service providers, credit institutions and other persons to whom the transfer of data is necessary for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions or to whom we are legally obliged to transfer data (in particular public authorities).
Natura group OÜ and our partners to whom we transfer your data are obliged to keep your data confidential. We will not disclose your data to any person not mentioned in these terms and conditions without your consent or request, unless we are required to do so by law.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the performance of the contract, and thereafter for as long as there may be further claims arising out of our contractual relationship, or for as long as we are required to keep it (generally up to 3 years after the end of the contract). What are your rights?
You always have the right to contact us in order to access personal data concerning you and to know what data we process, for what purposes and how we process it, to request the rectification of inaccurate data, the deletion of unnecessary data and, in justified cases, to restrict the processing we carry out on your data or to raise other objections. If you have given us your consent to process your personal data for a particular purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and we will immediately cease the relevant activities unless we have another legal basis for processing your data. You may opt out of receiving newsletters, offers, reminders, and other promotional communications at any time by following the instructions included in the communications. You also have the right, at your request, to receive machine-readable versions of the personal data you have provided to us and to request that it be transferred to another organisation.

Changes to the Terms.
Natura Group OÜ may modify these Terms in its sole discretion by posting the modification on www.naturagroup.eu. The current Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest.
